French-born and trained, Thierry’s passion for good food and consummate baking skills shine through in our bakery’s daily offerings.

Through our commitment to traditional artisan methods, fresh, natural ingredients and baking from scratch, the taste and quality of our products are assured. 

No chemical fats, artificial preservatives or colouring, gluten powder or soya flour are added to our doughs.

All our products are made and sold on the premises.
